offers a wide range of outreach ministries for the community.

Outreach Ministries & Programs
Exercise and light impact
aerobics held once a week at the church.
This program provides
trained mentors and children of incarcerated parents and caregivers.
Shoot hoops with the
young males in Zion and in the community during basketball
practices and games on Wednesday (15 years and under) and
Thursday's (16 and older).

Community
Holiday Baskets |
Donated food is packaged
and distributed to our neighbors in the community during Thanksgiving
and Christmas.
This ministry serves
low-income individuals with food baskets every Thursday from
9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Star Missionary Society |
The Guilding Star Missionary
supports the work of missions around the world.
Blood drives, flu shots
inoculation, other health-related programs and seminars are
offered year-round by the Health Ministry.

H. Sullivan Golf Tournament |
A summer golf program
for children in the community is culminated with an annual
tournament in mid-summer.
| Saturday
and Sunday Church School |
All children are invited
to learn God's word on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday church
is held in the community center from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
for ages 5 to 15.
Sunday School is held
on Sunday morning 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. Classes are held
in the community center for youth from first grade to senior
high school. Children in kindergarten and below attend in
the main building.
This ministry provides
social service resources and assistance to individuals.
Crafts, trips and Christian
fun are a part of the summer camp-serving children ages 6
through 12 during the summer months of July and August.
Members of the community
are invited to be served Thanksgiving lunch in the church
building.
During one week in August,
all ages are invited to understand God's Word better in daily,
evening bible study.
The Wednesday's Women
serve the community by sponsoring activities and programs.
Get support toward a
healthier lifestyle through the Weight Watchers program held
Tuesday's at the church.
The guild sponsors activities
and programs for the community.

ZiDraMin
(Zion In-Touch Drama Ministry) |
Youth and adults like
creativity and spiritually express God's Wod through dramatic
presentations, including a powerful annual Passion Week presentation
(during Resurrection Week/Easter). The Sacred Movement and
Angels of Praise praise dance ministries, as well as the mime
ministry present in Zion and in the community at large.
A Sunday afternoon worship
service is another opportunity for the community to worship
and fellowship in a less formal atmosphere than the Sunday
AM services. Services are held in the Zion Community Center.

The Community Center
uses the Zion Educational Annex (opposite corner of Broad
and Venango Streets to provide service, seminars and programs
to the community.

through structured bible studies that are made available via
mail correspondence.

Day Care and Learning Center |
Community children ages
2 1/2 to 5 years old are developed and nurtured in a loving
Christian setting Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to
5:30 p.m.
